Apparently leaden and lighthearted landscape investigation of a peaceful agricultural area in North Dakota. Yet carelessly scattered among the farmland are the storage depots for nuclear warheads. Monstrous weapons which are probably waiting impatiently to prove their destructive power in a catastrophe. No one seems to worry about them, but Brown goes looking for the activists who always opposed them.
