Hof, Sozialpalast

Hof: A video monitor shows us the entrance to a building, with a view of the street. Filmed as if by a security camera, but with time lapses and on a vertical screen. Sozialpalast: A wall covered with wallpaper on which there is a pattern of disc-shaped antennae on a background of concrete blocks of flats.
