Asylum
At the end of the twentieth century, a virus destroyed all TV pictures. Scientist Kaper reconstructed a project, called ‘The Perimeter Fence’, which was the brainchild of a mysterious ‘information broker’ who employed women to collect images and sounds. This film about memory, exile and madness uses a wide range of visual and sound material to say something about the present from the near future.
