A comme Adrienne

In two special screenings, in the presence of the director, the two latest films by this festival veteran will be shown. Lehman wrote about A comme Adrienne: 'This film is a gift. A gift for a lady. She is 77, the maximum age to read Tintin. One evening she invited me for dinner, and towards the end of the meal, she started reciting Persian folk stories. I told her that I would like to come back a week later to film her. She thought I was joking, because people had said that to her for years, but no one had ever come back. But this time they did: the story was filmed, just like the Iranian music. (...) Then I filmed her more often. She is to be seen in many of my films.
