Pola Rapaport and Pierre Radulescu-Banu are half-sister and brother who have only recently heard of each other’s existence. The drama of the discovery of each other is played out in a personal revelatory style encompassing the diverse locations of Ceaucescu’s Bucharest, Paris and New York.
