Twenty years after the cult film Radio On, Petit returns as video essayist to his own work. He does not look back nostalgically on a successful film, but sees his film as a document of a time gone by. He filmed certain locations again and reflects on the changes. With the aid of digital techniques, he provides a poetic analysis of a greatly changed landscape as expression of a different era.
