Fekete (also a professor of Russian literature) has recorded on video since 1989 the changes in Hungary. For this short film, she opened her video archive and made a personal interpretation of the recent history of her country. A reaction to a development that started hopefully, but now seems to be getting bogged down on many fronts. Made as part of the ZDF/Arte theme series Millennium Blues.
