Chris Hales asked children about their twelve favourite things. The answers, such as 'hanging up a drawing that my mother says she likes' or 'keeping a kite up in the air', resulted in a minimalist yet very moving CD-ROM. Chris Hales is an artist involved with interactive film. He is head of the Electronic, Photographic and Interactive Centre at the University of West England.
