The short 16mm film March with the Anal Sadistic Warrior documents the event that took place in 1995 in the Boijmans Van Beuningen Museum, when Barney’s collection of characters (including the title hero, Jim Otto, the Kid, the ‘bride’, Ms. Goodyear and fairies) took part in a spectacle with elements of performance, fashion show and a parade.
