Czech variation on the fake documentary about a rock group of which This is Spinal Tap is the classic example and Hard Core Logo an imitator (both also included in this programme). Zelenka adds an extra forgery by showing in his film how a band is artificially put together. After conflicts with the recording company, this false band feels the need to become a real band. So the film starts with a real imitation band and ends with a false genuine band.Entirely in the style of the genre, the absence of any form of scruples in the music industry is exaggerated. In the case of Zelenka this aspect even acquires absurd proportions when the record company is taken over by a multinational food company and the band members have to go on stage in huge fruit suits.
