Found-footage film investigating Italian Fascism alongside the legend of Diana. In the twenties, Mussolini had Nemi Lake near Rome pumped dry to find the ships of Caligula that had sunk there. It was at the same spot that Turner painted his famous 'The Godwen Bough'.The film is made in memory of Huub Bals and film critics Ellen and Gerry Waller.
