A Portuguese in Amsterdam is dead before he has a chance to mind. His soul however cannot find peace in Dutch soil. When his ghost wakes, he finds out that his soul will only find peace when his mortal remains are buried in his home country. Back in Portugal the ghost finds out he can come into contact with dreaming people.
