A romantic comedy set in Beverly Hills. Cher (Alicia Silverstone) is a girl of almost sixteen with rich parents. She is an expert in going out on the town and what you should wear. Cher babbles away with the right lingo and tries to organise everything for everyone around her. She couples couples and gives advice to fellow students who look awful, whether they want it or not. But even the clever Cher has to admit at a certain point that there are times when even she doesn’t know what to do.
