A weekend in 1965. It starts like any other weekend. Marlène and Martine, both fifteen, are best friends and live on a new estate outside Paris. - the city itself is inaccessible to them. Out of school, they are glued to the radio, listening to their favourite stations Europe 1, Radio Caroline and an American station broadcasting from the local SHAPE military base. Marlène is further advanced than Martine in sexual terms and this difference weighs on their relationship. Marlène knows exactly who and what she wants and Martine would like to be in the same position. is about one of her attempts to go so far that she can feel equal to Marlène.
