Bill Kinsley was on the fast track at the post-office. That is, until he met Thomas McIlvane, kick-boxer, letter carrier, gun-freak and soon to be mass-murderer. At the end of the carnage Kinsley was alive and McIlvane dead, but Kinsley is still waiting for someone out there who is coming to kill him.
