Unconventional documentary portrait of the post-war Rotterdam suburb Ommoord. Using old film material made by six amateurs, augmented with interviews and archive footage, and Péter Forgács look for the Dutch definition of (family) happiness. The makers are not interested in making a documentary from the anthropological or sociological angle, but for the poetry of fiction.
