Reminiscent of the early films of Derek Jarman, shot entirely in light-blue tints, the viewer is led by a voice-over into an arty homo-romantic seaman’s world. Archive footage, fragments from Jean Genet’s Chant d’amour and effects such as solarisation perfect the poetic film.
