Original and poignant documentary about the colourful and inventive hawkers in India who have chosen to work in bus stations. They are basically performance-artists because they have to put on a real show to attract attention. They often make their own wares, which are not worth much; they are completely dependent on their talents as salesmen. The film¬maker followed several of these ‘artistes’ and investigates their technique and background.
