Partly acted, partly animated film in which a tramp seeks food in a dustbin standing in front of a huge mansion. The mansion’s occupant is expecting important guests and chases the tramp off. The contents of the dustbin rebels and prepares an unpleasant surprise for the mansion’s occupant.
