A war comedy from a war zone; the burlesque, yet sick Everything is Under Control was made in the former Yugoslavia.Lack of motivation leads to a confrontation between the armies of Slovenia and Yugoslavia being settled with a bottle on the table. The result is a bout of drinking until an unknown woman appears on the scene. The film is only superficially abut the border conflict between Slovenia and Yugoslavia in the summer of 1991. The attack on a small borderpost is settled fairly laconically. The soldiers would rather drink and smoke home-grown marijuana. In the hemp greenhouse is the woman who is the stake in the armed confrontation which eventually breaks out.
