Complex and virtuoso compilation of films and visual essays on the experience of time and space, for which close cooperation was necessary between film-makers and architects; several of the participants are both audio-visual and spacial artists. The film also incorporates existing films fragments within a framework of spacial contemplation. Film is investigated for its potential to construct a model while at the same time sampling the potential of the medium film. The title is a pun on Loos, the most famous architect from the makers' home town Vienna, and on the fact that they regard themselves as a 'loose' cooperative venture. In a certain sense, this film can be seen as a broadening and deepening of the film Inoten by PRINZGAU/Podgorschek screened at the last festival.
