Become an IFFR Youth Jury member

IFFR gives young people a voice. The IFFR Youth Jury Award is selected by a panel of young people for an outstanding festival film of their choice. With the recognition of an aspiring jury of young film critics, the winner goes home with a prestigious award that puts them in the international spotlight.

Who are we looking for?

IFFR is looking for five film fanatics with an open mind and a critical eye. We want young people who are not afraid to give their opinion but are happy to listen to those of others. The jury will contain curious film lovers who want to learn more about watching and reviewing films. As a jury member you can immerse yourself in the festival and together with your colleagues decide which film will win the IFFR Youth Jury Award.

What do we offer?

IFFR offers you an unforgettable festival experience in which you watch and review films. By participating in the IFFR Youth Jury you expand your network and you get the opportunity to dive into the world of film for a short and intense period of time.

What do we expect from you?

• You are available during the festival 29 January – 8 February 2026
• You live in Rotterdam.
• Your age is between 16 and 25 years old.
