Waar ik ook ben, voel ik me een buitenstaander. Nationaliteit is voor mij een abstract begrip, net als voor zigeuners: ‘lijm’, om met Cioran te spreken. Deze film is een cartografie van fragmenten uit mijn reizen naar Afrika, Japan, India en Europa, in een poging om een nieuw beeld van identiteit te scheppen. (JD)
