Mona Fastvold
Mona FASTVOLD (1986) is a Norwegian filmmaker and actress. She is best known for co-writing The Brutalist (2024) with her husband, Brady Corbet, who directed the film. Fastvold also wrote the screenplays for Corbet’s The Childhood of a Leader (2015) and Vox Lux (2018). Together with Corbet, she co-wrote the screenplay for her directorial debut, The Sleepwalker, which premiered at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival and was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize. Her second feature, The World to Come (2020), premiered in Venice, earning the Queer Lion award and a Golden Lion nomination.
