Ion de Sosa

Director and cinematographer Ion DE SOSA (1981, Spain), graduated from Escuela de Cinematografía y del Audiovisual de la Comunidad de Madrid. He spent several years living in Berlin where his first feature film Sueñan los androides (2015) premiered at the Berlinale and then toured at festivals and (inter-)national art centres such as Viennale, Lincoln Center and the Reina Sofia Museum. Together with Chema García Ibarra he co-directed the short film Leyenda dorada (2019). De Sosa’s short film Mamántula (2023) is selected for IFFR 2024.
