What the Night Speaks – a Story
Reworked in 2024 and premiering at IFFR 2025, Was die Nacht spricht – eine Erzählung is a classic experiment in storytelling: several strands of stories that have nothing to do with each other are interwoven. These stories include; a dialogue in a fictional language, a discussion in dialect, and improvised scenes by patients of a psychiatric hospital. In the end, everybody has experienced a different tale. Featuring Nobel Prize for Literature laureata Elfriede Jelinek!
