Nimble and sprightly as a meme, Prathap Joseph’s pocket dynamite of a film lampoons India’s paternalist censor board, a film culture walking on eggshells and a society addicted to taking offence, all in 52 seconds – the length of the national anthem compulsorily played before every film screening in India.
