The monthly film evening Rotterdams Open Doek in LV is the place for regional short film. There are no rules, no themes and no age limits: all that counts is talent. For RTM, Rotterdams Open Doek made a special selection and filmmaker Vincent Boy Kars talks about the work being screened.
