Almost

An intimate and poetic portrait of the film maker. During shooting in Uganda, she meets a man and stays in touch by e-mail after a night of love. She falls in love and visits him again. The film portrays both the romance of a distant love and the banal issues of arrival and departure. In fragments that are also visually very independent, the story unfolds, casually leaning towards an almost tragic ending.
