It can be interpreted as a sketch of what was once intended to be a collective Sector 16 feature film. A dark work incorporated into deserted industrial complexes in which elements such as light, smoke and fire are rendered with grand gestures and the film material is processed with a variety of techniques. The result is enormously variegated.
