The Franklin Abraham is a real estate project that just didn't want to end. The city as one building where 2 million people live together - a jumble of building styles, a monstrosity in which the camera looks round and follows the narrative lines it comes across. The shy office girl and her sinister date; the bored, underground youth gang, the owners of this mega-community. Shot in the corridors and rooms of various hotels, Freeman brings the illusion to life. There is no escape from this building; it is the invention of high finance gone mad, heading for its own demise.
