Every Sunday evening, a tiny restaurant in New York changes into a corner of Cuba. The tables are pushed aside to form a dance floor where Cuban exiles gather every week without fail to dance the authentic rumba together. This sparkling film sketches a profound portrait of the Cuban community and its colourful members, for whom the rumba is a way to survive and a way of life.
