The personal quest of a female Lebanese film maker with Christian roots for her place in the Arab world. The starting point is a famous press photo on which we can see how the Palestinian boy Mohamad al Durra dies in the arms of his father. Eliane Raheb travels through Lebanon, Jordan and Egypt and records the lives of many Mohamads, who have grown up faster than their contemporaries in other parts of the world in an age of intifada. Many dramatic stories, but also funny ones, such as the one about the Palestinian boys who creep across the border behind their refugee camp to steal a Jewish cow.
