How can I change my password?
To change your password, go to Account (in the top-right corner of your screen) and log in. Click on “My personal page”. Go to change account information, this will give you the option to reset your password.

How do I delete my account?
To delete this account, fill in this form and choose the second option “I would like to have all my personal data removed.”

I can’t remember the email address of my account. What do I do now?
Go to Account (in the upper right corner of this website) and choose ‘Forgot password’. Enter one of the possible email addresses and click ‘Continue’. If the system doesn’t find a matching account, it won’t be possible to reset the password. If you really don’t remember your email address, register for a new account.
PLEASE NOTE: the Tiger Membership or the Tiger Membership Supreme are connected to a personal account. Tiger Members or Tiger Members Supreme shouldn’t register for a new account if they want to keep their privileges. They may send an email to service@IFFR.com.

I want to reset my password but I’m getting an error that my e-mail is not know. What now?
We switched ticketing providers. After the switch, we noticed that some visitors started seeing the error “E-mail address is not known” while trying to reset their password. Something might have gone wrong during the migration of accounts, meaning that some accounts have not been migrated properly, causing the error to appear. If you come across this error, we recommend creating a new account with the same email address.

I’ve lost my password. What do I do now?
You can easily reset your password. Go to Account (in the upper right corner of this website) Click on “Forgot password”. Enter the email address of your account and click on “Continue”. Within a few minutes you’ll receive an email. No email? Please check your spam filter.

How do I add screenings to my favourites?
On our new website, adding to your favourites works a bit differently. Instead of favouriting films as before, you are now able to favourite screenings of films. That means you can already save your preferred screening of a film to your favourites list.
Log in or create an IFFR account. Go to any film page, and click on the button “Ticket availability” or scroll down until you see the different screenings of your selected film. Underneath the ticket button, you can find the button “Favourite”. Select your preferred screening, and click on “Favourite”. A new tab will open and you will see your Favourites list, including a confirmation that the screening was successfully added.
If tickets are not available for a screening yet, you can still add the screening to your favourites. Once ticket sale has started, ticket buttons will be available on both the film page and also on your favourites list, so you can start buying straight from your favourites list.

How do I manage my favourites?
Log in or create an IFFR account. Go to your IFFR account via the website header. When clicking on the button “My Favourites” in your IFFR account, it will lead you to your favourites list. There you can see all the screenings that you added to your favourites, you can delete screenings from your list, or, once ticket sale has started, directly buy tickets for the screenings.

How do I buy tickets for screenings from my favourites list?
To buy tickets for screenings that are on your list, log in or create an IFFR account. Go to your IFFR account via the website header. When clicking on the button “My Favourites” in your IFFR account, it will lead you to your favourites list. Once ticket sale has started, the ticket buttons will be active on IFFR.com and also on your favourites list. Click on the “Buy tickets” button of the screening that you want to buy tickets for and follow the instructions.
If you want to add all your favourites to your shopping cart, click on the “Buy tickets” button of a screening, select the amount of tickets, add them to your shopping cart and click on “Continue shopping”. This will bring you back to your favourites where you can add the next screening to your cart.

I have an accreditation, how do I get access to my ticket?
Note: Accreditation pass holders and Tiger members Supreme have a digital pass in their account (on mobile devices only). When you log into your account and click on ‘mijn persoonlijke pagina’ you will find it. Scroll down and you’ll see a QR code. This QR code can also be used as a badge to enter the screening room. All your badge-related tickets will be loaded onto this QR code.
