I Take It for Granted
Short, prize-winning, black-and-white documentary from an era in which non-judgmental portraits of drug addicts were very new. This historic film follows Gaby, a 24-year-old whose addiction rules his life, even though he paints, writes and makes music. Gaby died before the film premiered.
