Geen gezeik achteraf

Collage-style portrait of Ad Schouten who died in 2017, and whose murals Rotterdammers have taken to their hearts. With the music Ad loved and at 17:00 hours an intermezzo by poet Mark Boninsegna. Alongside works of this Rotterdam artist pur sang, the installation also includes the short film Cover, in which he talks about his struggle with performance art. We see how he transforms catalogue images of this genre in his own inimitable way. Also to see, Dick Rijneke's registration of the art project that UNI.D, the collective that Schouten was part of, made for the Biennale Paris in 1971.
