Lena, Ife, João and Jip, the IFFR Young Selectors of IFFR 2023, present a self-curated and evening-long programme in KINO. With a screening of Las demás and a panel discussion with the filmmaker and protagonists, followed by a festive event with local musical talent.
In Las demás, filmmaker Alexandra Hyland takes you along in the lives of Rafa and Gabi. These youngsters show us what true friendship looks like in this colourful, touching, and sometimes uncomfortable film about maintaining reproductive rights in Chile, when doing so might land you in jail.
