Deze videofilm begint als een serie foto's die het dagelijkse leven op een Weense straathoek weergeeft. Maar wanneer Sigmund Freud zijn lange schaduw over de stad werpt, komt de statische wereld langzaam en subtiel tot leven, en een in toenemende mate onwaarschijnlijke keten van gebeurtenissen en relaties begint zich te manifesteren.
