The Dumb Die Fast, the Smart Die Slow

Udomdej's inspiratie voor deze film kwam van twee bekende films uit het noir-genre, Body Heat en The Postman Always Rings Twice. Hij combineerde elementen uit deze films met waar gebeurde verhalen uit het noorden van Thailand. Een veroordeelde kluiskraker ontsnapt uit de gevangenis en komt bij een pompstation terecht, waar hij een rijke oude man en diens jonge vrouw leert kennen. De vrouw hoort over zijn achtergrond en haalt hem over de oude man van zijn geld te beroven. Er komt een kink in de kabel, waarna beide partijen elkaars ware aard leren kennen. Dit web van bedrog wordt almaar groter als de film nieuwe personages introduceert, onder wie een tweede veroordeelde, waardoor de originele parodie bijna herhaald wordt. The woman hears about his background and persuades him to rob the old man of his money. There's a setback and both parties learn each other's true natures. This web of deceit gets bigger and bigger as the film introduces new characters, among them a second criminal, and the first parody is almost repeated. The film won a prize at the Asia Pacific Film Festival.
