Isild Le Besco

Isild LE BESCO (1982, Paris, France) has worked in front of the camera since she was eight, with feature credits including Adolphe (2002) and Le coût de la vie (2003). She was twice nominated for a César for her performances in Sade (2000) and Roberto Succo (2001). In 2006 she was awarded the Marcello Mastroianni Award in Venice for her performance in L’Intouchable (2006). In the meanwhile she has also directed some short films and a documentary. Charly is her second feature.
