Hubert Bals Fonds
Het Hubert Bals Fonds steunt filmmakers uit Afrika, Azië, Latijns-Amerika, het Midden-Oosten en delen van Oost-Europa bij het maken van films in elke fase van het proces – van scenario tot postproductie. Het fonds heeft over de afgelopen dertig jaar een eigenzinnige smaak ontwikkeld voor filmmakers met een vooruitstrevende artistieke visie. (Vervolg pagina's in het Engels).
