As the title suggests, the beauty we make or take of the world is seen through the eyes of the privileged, in spite of the approach of imminent but intangible threats within and around us. This short video keeps intact the dividing line between our civilized view of ‘nature’ as serving our aesthetic interests and the danger it poses as an unbridleable power. (Robert Todd)
