Kelvin Tong
Kelvin TONG (Singapore) is writer, producer and director. Before this, he also worked as a film journalist for the Straits Times and founded the Playground Theatre Company. Together with Jasmine Ng Kin Kia he made Eating Air. This first feature for both directors competed in 2000 in the IFFR Tiger Awards Competition.
