Calum WALTER (1985, USA) is a visual artist who focuses on moving images. He studied at the University of Colorado, where he began making short films and holds an MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. His films have screened at the Berlinale, Sundance, Toronto International Film Festival, New York Film Festival, Rotterdam International Film Festival, and many others. He is a 2018 MacDowell Fellow and has received awards from the Harpo Foundation and the Illinois Arts Council. He lives in the Los Angeles area and teaches at CalArts.
