Heterogenous collections of filmed and graphic images together form a poetic reflection on the hectic times in which we live. Conceived originally as a backdrop projection for the dance performance Chorée, this film is in itself a study on choreography. The image source is the oldest Belgian film footage, shot by Arthur van Gehuchten. The movements of hysterical patients, registered by the doctor, are carefully reframed in a dignifying way.
