VPRO Tiger Awards
The VPRO Tiger Awards are won by:
- Tussenland by Eugenie Jansen (Netherlands)
- Wild Bees by Bohdan Sláma (Czech Republic)
- Everyday God Kisses Us on the Mouth by Sinisa Dragin (Romania)
Canal+ Audience Award
No Man’s Land by Danis Tanovic (Bosnia) won the Canal+ Audience Award.
FIPRESCI Award
Mein Bruder der Vampir by Sven Taddicken (Germany) won the FIPRESCI Award. An honorable mention was given to La libertad by Lisandro Alonso (Argentina).
KNF Award
Bolivia by Adrián Caetano (Argentina) won the KNF Award. Honorable mentions were given to "the strong Argentine selection" with films like Sábado by Juan Villegas and La libertad by Lisandro Alonso, and to "the Korean selection", in particular Take Care of My Cat by Jeong Jae-Eun.
NETPAC Award
The NETPAC Award is won by Wave by Okuhara Hiroshi (Japan). An honorable mention was given to Secret Ballot by Babak Payami (Iran/Italy).
MovieZone Award
The MovieZone youth jury consisting of Jurjen van Loon (18), Lotte Tabbers (23), Tanja Vlieger (19), Thijs Hubers (21) en Nazli Elif Durlu (22) chose Fat Girl by Catherine Breillat (France) as the winner of the MovieZone Award.
Prince Claus Fund Film Grant
The price went to The Photograph by Nan T. Achnas and Trix Images Productions (Indonesia).
