A couple drives into the country for a picnic. On a deserted road they hit a dog. When they get out of the car to survey the damage, the dog has disappeared. From that moment on, the world our characters live in, is somehow different. A film with almost no words, but with a compelling visual style. The classic miseenscène is reminiscent of both Hitchcock (North by Northwest) and Tarkovsky (Stalker).
