In the spring of 1999, the Family Learning Channel commissioned the animation-film maker Don Hertzfeldt (of the famous film Billy' Balloon) to make several short promotional filmps for their broadcasting channel. He had completed them in less than five weeks, but they turned out to be too risqué for the TV channel. They were never shown.
