Loosely inspired on a true story, the film portrays the lives of three siblings who all work as 'macho brothers' in a Manila gay bar. The eldest brother, Joel, has plied the trade for more than seven years. At the young age of 23, he is already on the verge of being a has-been. He has a wife and child, and a gay lover. The second brother, Dennis, literally lives on the streets, preferring life on the fringe. Everything he does is a hustle, from dancing to car-stealing. The youngest is Sonny, the film's focal point. He observes, he dances, he learns. It is his journey that we follow as he descends into the pits of commercial sex. Mel Chionglo: 'Manila's gay life, indeed, is tightly intertwined with male prostitution, a social phenomenon born out of depressed economic conditions. The gory and lurid details have not been spared, for the film uses a semi-documentary approach.'
