Wang Haolin

WANG Haolin (AKA HE Jia) (1981, China) graduated from the New Media Production Department of the University of Sunderland (UK). During his stay in the United Kingdom, he directed the documentary APU about a Peruvian Street band. Back in China, Wang worked as director/photographer for Greenpeace and Medecins sans Frontières. In 2006, together with friends, he set up the Da Di studio and produced and directed as his first film in 2009 The Land, which won the NETPAC Award.
